What to include in a China fulfillment handover

Prepare the stock, order and packing information needed to discuss a fulfillment workflow.

Create a usable product master

Assign a stable SKU to each sellable variation and explain how the physical item is labelled. Supply product descriptions, photos, unit dimensions and weights when available. Identify kits, bundles and items that must remain together.

Describe the stock arriving from each supplier and provide an inbound reference. Ask the warehouse to confirm how receiving differences and damaged units will be recorded.

Define the order and packing workflow

Provide an example order with the delivery address fields, SKUs and quantities your store will send. Explain how edits, cancellations and duplicate order references should be handled before the order is released.

Set out packing materials, inserts and label placement as a written specification. Confirm how substitutions or exceptions require approval. Keep customer data access limited to the people and systems needed for order handling.

Agree evidence and exception handling

List the stock and order events you need reported, such as receipt, hold, dispatch and return. Define how you will investigate a mismatch and who can authorise a stock adjustment.

Discuss a representative test order before increasing volume. Review the actual workflow and product acceptance with SANA; this checklist does not promise a dispatch time, accuracy rate or transport outcome.

Review your shipment requirements

Share the products, destination and working brief so SANA can review the scope with you.
