Who handles your enquiry

Who handles your enquiry

This notice explains how SANA 善纳 handles personal information through its English website and business enquiry service. For privacy questions or requests, contact [email protected]. A service proposal or contract identifies the contracting entity for the work you agree with SANA.

Information you provide

Information you provide

The enquiry form asks for your company, contact name, business email, role, buyer country, service required, product category, requirements summary and acknowledgement of this notice. Depending on the service, you may also provide a company website, origin and destination, shipping window, quantity and unit, weight range, SKU count, supplier count, China stock status, and packing or labelling needs. Optional fields can be left blank. Share only the information needed to review your business request.

The system records the enquiry reference, submission identifier, privacy notice version, acknowledgement and the time the request is saved. It also records limited source information described below. An enquiry is a request for review; a saved reference does not confirm a quote or shipment booking.

Why information is used and who can access it

Why information is used and who can access it

SANA uses enquiry information to assess the service requested, communicate with you, prepare a proposal and manage the resulting business relationship. Technical information is used to operate the website, prevent misuse, investigate security incidents and maintain necessary business records. The information is not published as a customer story, review or testimonial without separate permission.

Access is limited to authorised SANA staff and service providers involved in website hosting, security, email and the work requested. The website uses Tencent Cloud server infrastructure in the United States and Cloudflare delivery and security infrastructure. These providers may process connection data, including IP addresses, requested URLs and security logs. Enquiry records are held in the private enquiry system; email notifications use Feishu enterprise email for the SANA team at [email protected]. The current notification contains a reference and private dashboard link, rather than the full enquiry text.

Information may therefore be processed in the United States, China and locations used by the infrastructure and email providers. Privacy protections and legal requirements can differ by location. You can contact SANA about the handling of your information and the providers involved.

Cookies and temporary browser storage

Cookies and temporary browser storage

The website uses the following first-party cookies. Their expiry periods describe browser storage, not the retention period of an enquiry held by SANA.

  • sana_en_first_source — up to 30 days: remembers the first landing path and limited campaign tags so an enquiry can be attributed to its source. It does not store a full browsing history or arbitrary query-string content. The cookie is created when you first visit a matching public page and is renewed after expiry.
  • sana_en_form_session — up to 1 hour: supports form validation, request security and duplicate-submission protection.
  • sana_en_storage_receipt — up to 10 minutes: supports the confirmation page after a standard form submission. A JavaScript confirmation may display the reference without setting this cookie.
  • sana_en_preview_session — up to 15 minutes: supports authorised staff draft previews and is not needed to browse published pages. The preview framework may also set its own session cookie; access to the draft still requires the limited preview session.

The quote starter uses browser session storage for selected service, product category, shipment pattern and short requirements. It marks these details as valid for 10 minutes. The entry is read and removed when you continue to the full enquiry form; an expired entry is not used. The browser may retain an unread entry until the relevant tab or session ends or you clear session storage.

You can delete or block cookies and clear session storage in your browser. Blocking form cookies can prevent submission or confirmation; you can instead email [email protected]. This website does not currently use advertising pixels or session-recording tools. Hosting and security services may use their own technical cookies when required to deliver or protect the site.

Limited source and security information

Limited source and security information

When you submit an enquiry, the system can attach the first landing path and campaign tags named utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign, utm_content and utm_term. The application filters these fields and does not copy arbitrary URL parameters or a full browsing history into the enquiry. If a source cookie is unavailable, the form page can be recorded as the landing path.

Server and security logs can contain IP addresses, timestamps, request paths, browser or connection information and incident details. Form sessions, signed request checks and rate limits help protect the enquiry service. These records are used for operation and security rather than advertising profiles.

Retention and your choices

Retention and your choices

How long SANA keeps information depends on the purpose: whether an enquiry or service relationship remains active, whether records are needed for contractual or legal obligations, and whether a dispute or security issue requires them. Browser cookie expiry does not delete a saved enquiry, related correspondence or necessary security records. There is no promise that enquiries are automatically deleted after a fixed number of days.

You may ask SANA to explain the information held about you, provide access, correct inaccurate information or consider deletion. Depending on applicable law, you may also request a restriction, object to a use, obtain a copy in an appropriate format, or withdraw consent where processing relies on it. Withdrawing consent does not change processing already carried out lawfully. Requests are assessed against applicable law, identity verification and any ongoing service or record-keeping obligations. You may also contact the relevant data-protection authority where you live.

To make a request, email [email protected] with the business email or enquiry reference needed to locate the record. Do not send unnecessary identity documents. Providing a contact email is necessary if you want SANA to respond to your enquiry.
